BUSY

Been exceptionally busy lately. Working on 3 faeries and crocheting my son's lap blanket. Also had another trip to the dentist. I also made some awesome peppermint fudge. Here's the recipe:

Peppermint Fudge

1 bag milk chocolate chips
1 cup Andes peppermint baking chips (plus extra for topping)
1 - 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
pinch of salt

Prepare 8" square pan with aluminum foil. Melt all ingredients in pot over low heat. Pour into baking pan and tap pan on counter to get bubbles out. Sprinkle with Andes peppermint baking chips. Cool in fridge for 2 hours then remove from aluminum foil and cut. Enjoy.
